No Child Left Behind (NCLB) mandates that schools and school districts in a “need to improve” status develop and implement a school improvement plan.  The annual evaluation of that plan usually consists of examining student test scores on statewide high-stakes tests, along with student performance in several other school related areas (i.e., elementary attendance, participation, and high school graduation rates).  The results obtained from these data sources determine NCLB Annual Yearly Progress (AYP) and subsequently, the level of school improvement that is needed.

Educational Renaissance recognizes that individual school improvement plans are unique and that each plan often identifies a number of different school improvement goals.  Most school improvement goals will not be attainable unless quality professional development opportunities are provided for those who are responsible for achieving those goals.  Educational Renaissance recognizes the many challenges that schools and school districts encounter as they strive to identify organizations and/or individuals who can best meet their professional development needs.  Educational Renaissance can provide quality professional development opportunities and has created four basic membership options to do so.

The following membership options have been created to provide the most cost effective means for delivering quality professional development opportunities while allowing greater professional development topic and scheduling flexibility:
