Purpose: (1) To assist school districts in identifying, screening, interviewing, and hiring the best professional educators and support personnel possible. Educational Renaissance will assure that all recommended candidates for any teaching position will meet the “Highly Qualified” designation as defined within the federal statutes of No Child Left Behind and qualify for state teaching certification. (2) To provide human resource assistance and training for school leaders.
