Welcome
When reflecting on the federal and state reform mandates that have been suggested and implemented in our nation’s schools, I am often reminded of a George Bernard Shaw quote that the late Bobby Kennedy often used while campaigning for the U.S. Presidency in 1968 — “Some men see things as they are and say, 'why', I dream things that never were, and say, 'why not'. If our individually unique and diverse schools are to achieve the world-class educational goals that all our children richly deserve, we will need to create and sustain teaching and learning environments where all students are indeed challenged to excel academically, socially, and physically. Educational communities will need to continually examine and implement those research-based findings that time-after-time have proven to effectively enhance student performance — they will need to continually ask, 'why not'”.
On behalf of Educational Renaissance and those who support our mission and efforts, I would like to thank you for visiting our website and I genuinely hope the information provided will assist you in your efforts to improve the educational quality in your classrooms and schools. Our professional development and school improvement services and resources can ensure ‘highly qualified’ educators are indeed in every school and that they possess the essential professional knowledge, skills, abilities, and tools needed to significantly impact learning for all children.
